What You Don't See in a Holiday Inn Express

The Realtors' event at which I spoke in NYC was held at the St. Regis on 5th Avenue. For a while I couldn't find the TV. Then ... this:

The proper use of the term Realtors is REALTORSĀ®! There are rules governing proper use of the REALTORĀ® marks that must be adhered to at all times regardless of the media used. These rules are found in the National Association's Membership Marks Manual...

Happy to see that the NAR is using your wonderful insight...

Real nice TV Rich. But did I hear a Zippo lighter being struck twice with a dead time about 1.7 seconds then closed? I swear I didn't measure it. I have a calibrated ear. Shame on whoever for smelling up the room for the next guy.
