More Gore?

Friday, August 1, 2003

  • TITLE: "More Gore? " This is a set-up headline. I fully expect to use the word "Gore" as in scary movies: "Too Much Gore?" and, like that.

  • "... Subscription Drive ..."

  • Mullfoto of the Day:

In New York City the other night it was suggested that I stay at the Hudson Hotel on West 58h Street at 9th Avenue.

The Hudson Hotel is an Ian Schrager Hotel, which means it is tres trendy.

The Hudson Hotel is so trendy that they don't even put the name of the place on the outside. Or on the inside. Or on the keycard for your room. However there was a sign which said you could purchase the bathrobe in your room for $150. Except there wasn't a bathrobe in my room. I guess I didn't make the bathrobe cut.

If you get out of your cab and have to ask if this is the right place; it isn't.

  •     Mullings' Catchy Caption of the Day:

I will take Dr. Rice against any woman - EVERY woman - in the Democratic Party in a bet that she becomes President of the United States before any of them.
