    The station was thinking about what to say to the 2020 graduates, who were born the year of 9/11, haven't lived without a cellphone, and are now graduating in the middle of a global pandemic. KALB decided to reach out to every public high school in our primary parishes to record the graduate at the top of the class. As it turns out, the station didn't want to film its message to them. Instead, this [was] their message back to us.
