    Ward Churchill, the University of Colorado professor who compared 9/11 victims to Adolph Eichmann, also bills himself as a painter.

    The top painting is by an artist named Thomas Mails. The bottom painting is by our Prof. Churchill who claims it to be an original work.









    But if we flip Churchill's painting and adjust the white balance, it begins to bear just the teeniest, slightest, remotest resemblence to the Mails work.

    Where does plagiarism rank in the list of reasons to bounce a tenured professor?

    Ms. Duggan is the head of a very successful trade association; has been, throughout an unspeakably difficult illness suffered by one of her children, upbeat and positive; but found love and got married a few weeks ago.
