I travel a good deal and have gotten used to paying undisclosed fees on airlines, for rental cars, and (the latest) "resort fees" at hotels - even those which are not resorts in any meaningful way.

This "Health & Wellness" charge, at a restaurant in Portland, Oregon, was a surprise even to me.
