A lot of parking rules outside the Lafayette Hotel in Marietta, Ohio 45750. The most confounding being the "No Parking" between 3 AM and 5 AM on Fridays.

I know there are no street cleaning machines, so it's almost worth a trip back to scope out what could possibly be going on at that time on a Friday morning.
