This is a little hard to decode but it was taken of downtown Dallas from the Wolfgang Puck restaurant on top of the Reunion Tower. The restaurant rotates once every 55 minutes.

I simply took this through the window because I thought the restaurant lights reflecting in the glass was interesting.
