NOTE: There is a break of about four months here. After the election of 1998, new leadership took the reins of GOPAC (of which I had been the Executive Director) They were uncomfortable with Mullings and asked that I stop writing them while I remained at GOPAC.

I left GOPAC in June and restarted Mullings in July from which time it has continued without a break.
